Two weeks ago, Irish-Nigerian rapper Offica—Tomas Adedayo Adeyinka—premiered the official video for his catchy record ‘O Di Dan Dan (Oliver Twist)’. From an royal blue Lamborghini seat, the D’banj sample plays, and we see “his types”. Next, he shares that “Oyinbos” are stealing his tunes in a typical “culture vulture” style, but they do not know what he is saying. It has everything I love dearly, like Nigerian Pidgin, a crazy Drill beat, dancers, and a rapper with a sick bilingual flow. Watch the visual directed by Lutch below.

Two years ago, Offica appeared on Charlie Sloth’s ‘Fire in the Booth’ to perform his first freestyle on the platform. In verses, the Irish rapper covers cover his alleged arrogance; his family in Nigeria is asking for money because they think he’s rich and caps it off with a story about surviving the tough times.
