The Roots Picnic, in partnership with Live Nation Urban—I thought we weren’t using the word “urban” anymore, but okay—is back with a two-day festival starting June 3-4 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Spring event will include performances by Ms Lauryn Hill, Diddy backed by The Roots, Lil Uzi Vert, Ari Lennox, City Girls, Uncle Waffles, and more. This festival is exciting because the Fugees star will celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary of her larger-than-life debut album, ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’; Eve will join Black Thought onstage for his Live Mixtape segment for her return. It will take place at The Mann in Fairmount Park. Check out the full lineup below to see if your favourite artists are booked.
