Flipping another nineties classic, Brooklyn-bred star Lola Brooke has released the official music video to her new track ‘No One Else’ with R&B superstar Jeremih. In her latest effort to gain more diverse fans and show her soft girl side, the ‘Don’t Play With It’ rapper assures her significant other that he’s the one who has the keys to her heart. It’s a feel-good Hip-Hop/R&B track that anyone could enjoy in a party setting or from home on a Sunday evening like today. Hitmaka, Chrishan, Khristopher Riddick-Tynes, and Lilju used the nostalgic production to craft a modern tune about potential matrimony (“How would you feel if I locked you down for life?/Not just for one night”).

Based on the larger-than-life recognisable sample, I am surprised to see that ‘No One Else’ was released — especially in the same year as the violent and disturbing hotel footage involving the label’s CEO, Sean “Puffy” Combs and Cassie Ventura, but Arista co-owns the track. So, there’s that.
