Kylie Jenner is facing legal trouble after a former housekeeper filed a lawsuit alleging discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination tied to her time working at the reality star’s Hidden Hills residence. According to People, Angelica Vazquez filed the complaint on Friday, April 17, naming Jenner alongside Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services as defendants.

Vazquez, who reportedly worked at the home from September 2024 through August 2025, claims she was met with hostility from the start. In the lawsuit, she alleges that she was routinely given the most difficult tasks, excluded from the housekeeping team and publicly humiliated in front of co-workers because of her race, religion and national origin. Vazquez, who is identified as a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic, also claims that derogatory remarks were made about her immigration status.

The complaint further alleges that her concerns were ignored and that one confrontation turned physical in March 2025 when a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet. Vazquez is seeking punitive damages, unpaid wages and other compensation. Jenner, while listed as a defendant, is not accused of direct behaviour in the filing, and her representative had not commented at the time of publication.
