Two weeks, Jazz Cartier released a hot lyric video for ‘Itchin’ for a Lick’. Highly-skilled with his signature vocal cadence and a knack for making songs that make you dance, the Toronto-native rapper is one of the first international artists that I pitched and wrote about for MTV IGGY. I’ve had the chance to watch him blossom and grow into an artist with more than fifty-million streams on his work: Fleurever.
