Jamaican star HoodCelebrityy shares video for latest single ‘Ungrateful’: Watch

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

After a string of successful Dancehall singles, Jamaican superstar HoodCelebrityy continues to ascend with latest single ‘Ungrateful’. This song takes a slightly more somber approach than her typical fun, exciting, party-prepped songs, with its meaningful message shining through. Don’t get it twisted, you’re welcome to dance to this elegant track, but the lyrics are such a draw that you’re just as inclined to grasp the message as you are to bust a move. The song speaks about seeing people for their true intentions, and understanding that you truly can’t please everyone. There’s an ongoing message of perseverance and pushing through, regardless of what people say or do to you. These are messages that pretty much everyone can relate to and can use in times where people don’t always feel their most productive or themselves. The bright, colorful video illuminates the song’s overall positive message, and celebrates self-love and self respect.
