Less than an hour ago, the celebrated English singer-songwriter Griff shared the grainy visual for her track ‘Last Night’s Mascara’. In white attire, the artist of Jamaican and Chinese descent wears black paint on her hands when things go askew. From the centre of the living room, she smears the black paint on the white brick walls and white sofa. Then, she dances whilst lying across the ground amid scattered playing cards. According to the notes, the track was a long-awaited fan-favourite that generated buzz after Griff first performed it on her own Vertigo United States headline tour and whilst supporting Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Short ‘n Sweet Tour’. Last Summer, Griff was also notably handpicked by Taylor Swift to open her Wembley Stadium show in London.
