Drake announces release date for ‘Certified Lover Boy’

The album will arrive this week.

This week, Drake’s highly-anticipated ‘Certified Lover Boy’ album will be released. The Billboard artist of the decade has confirmed his sixth studio album would be released on Friday, September 3, 2021, after much uncertainty.

Drizzy took to Instagram on Monday, August 30, 2021, to announce the release date of his forthcoming album accompanied with a collage of emojis of pregnant ladies.

Last week, Drake appeared to hijack a broadcast of ESPN’s SportsCenter to tease the September 3 release date for his forthcoming album, ‘Certified Lover Boy’. An unidentified figure holds up a sign that reads “CLB September 3” in the video.

Drake stated on July 30, 2021 that he has completed ‘Certified Lover Boy’, which he began recording in April 2019.
