Sourcing inspiration from the 2002 classic party anthem, Trinidadian artists Cliassy Fp and DJ Anarchy unite on ‘Party Done’ with fellow Caribbean artists Shiiloh (St Vincent) and Jontae Brown (Jamaica) pull up to a function where they plan to dance from the dusk to the morning. In the lyrics, the primary artist approaches an attractive lady. Delving into her business, he asks for her relationship status and if he could get a chance to be with her. According to Fp, there’s something special about her and he doesn’t want to leave without her. Next, Shiiloh sings, adding a feminine perspective to the hard-hitting beat, calling out his less-than-nice ways and revealing like most men, that he enjoys the chase/race.
