Chris Brown reveals loaded feature list for new album ‘Brown’

The R&B star’s twelfth studio album arrives Friday with NBA YoungBoy, Vybz Kartel, GloRilla, Sexyy Red, Bryson Tiller, Lucky Daye, Leon Thomas and more.

Chris Brown is preparing to return with a stacked new album. The R&B superstar has revealed the feature list for his twelfth studio album, ‘Brown’, which is scheduled to arrive on Friday, May 8, 2026. In a cinematic black-and-white teaser shared Tuesday, Brown presented the project as ‘A Night of Soul’, setting the tone for a polished, genre-blending release.

The album will include appearances from Bryson Tiller,Lucky Daye, Leon Thomas, NBA YoungBoy, Vybz Kartel, GloRilla, Fridayy, Sexyy Red and Tank. The announcement follows the rollout of singles like ‘Obvious’ and ‘Fallin’’, Brown’s collaboration with Leon Thomas, which also features background vocals from Tank. Its 1930s juke joint-inspired video added a vintage feel to the era. With that lineup, ‘Brown’ looks ready to command R&B and Hip-Hop playlists this week.
