Lil Tjay arrested following Offset shooting in Florida
The popular New York City rapper faces disorderly conduct charge as investigation into casino shooting continues.

Bronx-bred rapper Lil Tjay has been arrested following a shooting incident that left Offset injured outside a Florida casino. The incident occurred at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where authorities say a fight broke out shortly before gunfire erupted.
Tjay, born Tione Merritt, was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. However, police have not charged him in connection with the shooting itself, and the identity of the shooter remains unknown.
Offset sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is reportedly in stable condition after being transported to a nearby hospital.
Tjay’s legal team has denied any involvement in the shooting, calling circulating rumours “baseless”. Authorities confirm the investigation is ongoing, with additional individuals potentially involved.
The incident follows a reported feud between the two artists, further intensifying public attention around the case.
