He is a member of the music collective Apex Village. About the Artist: Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Yugoszn—real name Geoffrey Ugochukuwu Mgbeoji (born 28 October 1998)—is a singer-songwriter and rapper. The gifted and talented eighteen-year-old debuted with his catchy song ‘Before Before’. Its follow-up ‘Renegade’ caught fire on TikTok. Eventually, Yugoszn got on Cameroonian-American star singer Libianca’s radar with a cover of her song ‘Jah’. She reposted it to her page and spoke highly of his rendition. Months later, he collaborated with actor and rapper Connor Price for his Spin the Globe series, earning his first million streams on Spotify.
