To hear new music from Liberia or made by Liberians is a new thing for me. Therefore, whenever a song or video by a Liberian artist comes my way, I try to listen to it, no matter how tired I am. So, yesterday, I received Liberian multifaceted artist Whisko’s Valentine’s Day release: Addiction. I liked it. The smooth production shares Popcaan-esque vocal cadences and within the lines of the song explains that loving who he loves is synonymous with drug addiction. Whisko can’t get enough of the person, a feeling that we’ve all experienced by now. If you’re not over your love-high, check out the song below. It may inspire more realisation and/or lovemaking.
