Earlier this year Mad Decent dropped an EP of hard-to-find, old school productions by Baltimore Club legend Blaqstarr. The tracks were made between 2002-2006, all before he hit 20 years old. Just past the 10 year anniversary, the Blaqstarr classic “Hands Up Thumbs Down” has received a video from renowned 12 O’Clock Boys director Lotfy Nathan. Check it out below:
