Trillary Banks – Killi (Submission)

Fly as hell in her lyrical delivery, British rapper with a badass name Trillary Banks unleashed the visual for ‘Killi’. Packed with bars and verbal nutrition, the direction of Joshua Griffiths shows how rough it can get in the streets of the United Kingdom. It comes from her mixtape ‘Vote 4 Trillary’, which has more than two million streams. Based on what I’ve read, this isn’t her usual flow. Usually, Trillary Banks makes Dancehall-influenced raps. ‘Get the Strap’ from her mixtape track is featured on the FIFA 20 soundtrack.

DAAJ – Cinematic (Submission)

Rochester, New York-native rapper DAAJ recently released ‘Cinematic’, an uptempo that details her camaraderie with Southern bosses, an affinity for designer clothing, and how she keeps her worth. A gangster yet sweet by nature, DAAJ isn’t someone to take for a ride. Watch the fast-rap delivery for the fashion-forward visual below. It’s from her first EP titled ‘Be My Guest’.

Joey Golden – Lil Tony 2 (Submission)

As smooth as the water seems to be at the beaches in the Maldives, Joey Golden (of Tha Joint) shares ‘Lil Tony 2’. The Stoic Beats production finds the Chicago rapper expressing himself through a screwed vocal to tell a story about commitment, friendship, and being successful. The track is from the upcoming project ‘Live from the Chi’, which is set to come out during the first quarter of 2020. Be on the lookout. In the meantime, play the chill track below.

GLAM and Colbie – GoodBoy (Submission)

Having enjoyed the many versions of GLAM that I’ve been able to see, the Bay Area multi-talented artist is back with ‘GoodBoy’ with Colbie. Kicking it off with a funny ass comedy skit, she comments on humans that get others messed up. On a beat that I haven’t heard her on before, here’s GLAM’s interpretation of an uptempo banger.

Tgifly – Necessity (Submission)

Keeping the vibe high with a gritty delivery and a gracious Soul sample as support, Queens-based rapper Tgifly lets us know he’s one to keep an eye on. As he pays homage to Stack Bundles and Chinx, the song offers a reason why the young Far Rockaway-native talents are gone too soon. Perhaps, people emulated you, but not understanding what it takes to be can you be the reason, or it can also be a wakeup call to local stars who make it national and international. Don’t make it a habit to come back to your hood. You may love it, but everyone doesn’t love you. Listen to the track produced by Bogey Beatz below.

Artistnameleon – Locked In (Submission)

Polished and poised, the Los Angeles-based vocalist and songwriter Artistnameleon released his last track of the year/decade. ‘Locked In’ tells the story of resilience. He has received more than hundred-thousand streams on his music and doesn’t seem to want to slow down anytime soon. If you’re a fan of Drake, you may like this. Check it out right now below.

Captain and Yung Bans – Jet Speed (Submission)

Money is the only point of interest for some people, and that’s what ‘Jet Speed’ is. It is the first single, Captain and Yung Bans, released together. It has amassed several nearly eighty-thousand streams, making it go viral on TikTok. Over one-thousand users made videos; it is still growing. Check it out below.

DMB Gotti – Peter Piper (Submission)

I came to a point in my life where I had nothing else left. I made some mistakes in the past and they almost cost me my life. I had to tell somebody, hence the music, he said.

Embodying one of the signature sounds of California, Los Angeles artist DMB Gotti released the video for ‘Peter Piper’. The uptempo track became popular on TikTok and SoundCloud, with more than one million streams. Watch the video below.

CUSTO – HUSSLE (Submission)

Following his Summer release ‘TENSION’, the South Jersey DJ/producer CUSTO is back with an anthem for the hustlers out there. Spelt like the late Nipsey Hussle’s name instead of its traditional spelling, the EDM track features words on the hook that says in the day they hustle, but in the night, they play.

Roane Namuh – Crimson featuring Count Bass D (Submission)

On a Space Funk like production, Count Bass D laces ‘Crimson’ with lines about dating women who are old enough to have had a MySpace account, being better to receive, and each day being better than his last. Count Bass D recorded his verses in Portland, Oregon when he was on tour. It also features additional keys by Tony Ozier. The record is the first single from Roane Namuh’s new EP called, ‘Petrichor’. Check it out.
