Tony Award-Winning Actress Patina Miller Shows Us How To Get A Ripped Body From Jumping Rope

When it comes to setting yourself up for success, it looks like bringing it back to the basics is the best way to go. Winning a Tony for Best Actress in a Musical in 2013, actress Patina Miller‘s chooses jumping rope over any other cardio regimen as her go-to exercise in order to keep up endurance while performing. From performing on Broadway (Pippin) to the big screen (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay) to even the small screen (Madam Secretary), Miller makes sure she can keep up with her busy lifestyle by keeping her body in tip-top shape. Creating mini regimen goals, the award-winning actress just recently accomplished 100 consecutive double turns in a row and now plans to jump rope for 30 minutes, uninterrupted. In a recent feature with Vogue magazine, Miller explains that her favorite exercise targets every area of the body; it’s no wonder why the actress is so enthusiastic about jumping rope.
