Nigeria and Sweden link up: Hear Afrobeats collaboration ‘Komaro’ by Tenny Eddy and Mwuana

Earlier in the month, musical duo Tenny Eddy and Mwuana put out a new track called ‘Komaro’ recently. It’s an uptempo dance track that’ll make you want to pull your partner close and set the dancefloor on fire. Cardio aside, the vocals traded on the track sort of sound like one tone, making it hard to distinguish when there’s a switch. I think that formula makes for seamless fluidity and vocal harmony, which reminds me of Capital Cities. Ryan Merchant and Sebu Simonian became an entity in their songs. The experience wasn’t interruptive or monotonous.

Mwuana is a GRAMMY-nominee. Listen to the collaboration by Afrobeats singer Tenny Eddy and Swedish rapper Mwuana below. It’s a track from their joint EP, which features music implementing several genres like Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Grime.
