Tamia Talks New Album “Love Life”, Grant Hill & Being Diagnosed With MS

Windsor, Canada-native singer Tamia stopped by The Breakfast Club to talk about her new album “Love Life”, her healthy relationship with husband Grant Hill, what she thinks about the current state of R&B and liking Ledisi, Anthony Hamilton and Miguel. In addition to the aforementioned, Tamia recalled a few special moments from her previous album, “Beautiful Surprise”, and revealed that her forthcoming album is set to hit stores and digital markets on June 9. During the interview, the singer addresses the rumors about Ciara “taking” bits of her record “Still” for lead single, “I Bet”, which was released on Jackie. She says she heard the song but she didn’t hear the sample when she listened to it. Then, she revealed that she was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). She worked with Tricky Stewart on her first project, and she is working with him now. She advises that you should vocally progress and not change your sound just to fit in.
