Today, Atlanta artist SwaVay released a three-track EP called ‘Pure Pack’ that displays three different sides of the artist. With millions of streams under his belt and co-signs from an industry giant like James Blake, SwaVay may be on his way to entering into the consciousness of more music fans. If you haven’t heard of him before, it’s okay. It’s what we’re here for–to introduce you to new music and new artists. Some time ago, SwaVay signed to Metro Boomin’s imprint: Boominati Worldwide.

Between independent projects like ‘Before Eye Die’ and ‘Pure Infinity’, he joined forces with platinum powerhouses such as Denzel Curry and YBN Cordae as well as DJ Khalil and Trevor Rich on ‘Elevate’ off the soundtrack from the Academy Award-winning ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’.

As far as we are concerned, ‘Hood Dreamz’ sounds like the second coming of Kendrick Lamar–and it is the best track out of the triad. ‘Better’ is the smoother, softer R&B side.
