Speaking of the New Atlanta collective, Two-9 member Curtis Williams has remained constant when making dope music. Recently, Curt Williams released his Zip Skylark EP that featured unreleased and unfinished material from his sessions while recording his Danco James mixtape. Today’s song of the day features a smooth cut from the Zip EP. “Follow Freestyle” is one of those joints that displays Curtis’ unsung and underrated skill of being a lyricist. Still rough around the edges at times, this smooth song definitely shows that he’s able to make a great song, if he puts time and effort towards it.
