Nigerian hitmakers Skales and 1da Banton band up for ‘Say You Bad (Remix)’: Watch

Just in time for his European Summer tour, Skales has shared an infectious up-tempo Afro Dance party-starter titled ’Say You Bad (Remix)’. Teaming up with last year’s breakout Nigerian star, 1da Banton, the Nigerian hitmaker served up some energetic visuals directed by the infamous Gorilla Boy. It’s a party in a parking lot. Gorgeous women are twisting and pirouetting their hearts in front of some shiny luxury cars. A great picture, but what is more memorable about the music video is the sonics. A bewitching groove brewed by Eardrumz and DTAC is a perfect bedrock for 1da Banton and Skales to lay down their ear candy. A wild percussion ensemble accompanied by driving synths and a ‘phat’ bass is just the right motivation to get people trickling onto the dancefloor.
