Thoroughly absorbing the sound and spirit of Midwestern Soul, The Fall is a continuation of a vision set forth by artists like Roberta Flack and Stevie Wonder, filtered through the ears of a woman profoundly influenced by R&B, Rock, and Electronic Music. Rhodes keyboards mix with digital synths, programmed beats meet live drums, and dreamy guitars encounter quantized, precise, technologic gestures, while Tangina’s voice coalesces everything into a coherent whole.

At 18, Tangina moved to New York City from Canton, Ohio to pursue her music career and hasn’t looked back since. Her soulful voice, honest lyrics and mesmerizing stage performance has garnered her a loyal and growing fan base. She’s graced the stages of Arlene’s Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, Drom, Silvana and countless others. Tangina now resides in Brooklyn, New York and is gearing up for a tour to support her new EP, The Fall.
