Reincarnation is an idea that I am unsure about because of my own experiences. Do I believe that someone could remind me of another person? Yes, but does that particular soul enter a new body? Who knows? Transmigration is a topic of discussion because of how similar Shore Drive frontman Anthony Terlizzi sounds to the remarkable singer-songwriter and musician Kurt Cobain of the legendary group, Nirvana. As soon as I heard the New York City-based group’s new song ‘Lazy’, I could not help but think of Cobain and Nirvana. Without a doubt, Cobain is one of the most influential people to ever walk the face of this planet, so, to be mimicked is a given. I’m not suggesting that Cobain reincarnated as Terlizzi. What I am saying is that this is one hell of a mimic. Listen to ‘Lazy’, a raw record inspired by a bad breakup, that made him not want to put any time or effort into dating or finding someone new.
