As he launched the #MissMoneyChallenge last week online, Ghana’s Dancehall star Shatta Wale celebrated his son’s birthday and released a new record exclusively through Audiomack. It’s called ‘Realest Thing’, and it is about the love of his life. Throughout the lyrics, he details the type of treatment she gets because of what she symbolises in his life. He also shares that they haven’t been through the best of times, but like all entanglements or relationships, love takes time, communication, and trust to get through hard times together–even when it may seem impossible. Check out the Damage Musiq track from the ‘Billionaire Sheikh Riddim’ project below.
