Sebu Simonian, a gifted singer-songwriter from the esteemed Electro-Pop group Capital Cities is ready to debut his solo work during SXSW at GRUNGECAKE’s 2020 show (Thursday, March 19, 2020). Dating back to 2011, GRUNGECAKE has pushed the music the duo made for synch licensing opportunities. The pair eventually released that music as a musical EP, catching the ears of the people at Capitol Records, where they ended up releasing their monster hit ‘Safe and Sound’ on their album ‘In a Tidal Wave of Mystery’.

It’s a beauty and a privilege to be part of any artist’s growth, reform, or transformation. We will announce our performers, sponsors, and other details during the week. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter for the updates.

Register to attend Sebu’s debut solo performance via this link. It is free. You will not need a wristband to attend, just a confirmed reservation of your attendance.
