If you’ve ever had the chance to watch a beverage or car commercial in the nineties, there’s a good chance the music director chose something that sounds like this cut from Savi Minds. Like most of us, when the world stopped in March, he had a lot of unfinished business. As a proactive being, he completed five songs in quarantine, which will be released this year.

Savi Minds shared that his “lyrics delve pretty deep”, which he believes “is a theme for many people these days.”

The Los Angeles-based songwriter and producer’s real name is Mikale D’Andrea, and Savi Minds is his new solo project. Listen to the well-done nostalgic track below. When you buy it, according to the press release, half of the profits from his Bandcamp will go to Outward Bound Adventures. It is a non-profit organisation that teaches outdoor education to underprivileged and BIPOC children.
