R Kelly was arrested last night in Chicago, Illinois, on thirteen counts of federal sex crime charges. Around seven o’clock, while walking his dog, he was apprehended by Chicago law enforcement. The thirteen sex charges in which he was indicted by the Northern District of Illinois, include the crime of child pornography, enticement of a minor, and obstruction of justice, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Kelly also has been indicted with an additional five charges by Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, including one count of racketeering and four counts of violating the Mann Act, prohibiting the transport of people over state lines for the purpose of prostitution.
