Pop Smoke debut ‘Meet the Woo’ makes ideal introduction to the Canarsie-native rapper: Listen

Brooklyn, New York rapper Pop Smoke released his debut mixtape entitled, ‘Meet the Woo’ through a new deal with Republic Records/Victor Victor on July 26, 2019. The release piggybacks the massive success and energy from popular singles ‘Meet the Woo’, ‘Welcome to the Party’, and its accompanying visuals, recorded in his home neighbourhood, Canarsie. In my opinion, the mixtape is a solid display for the Brooklyn rapper. Sonically, the project is captivating, which helps to maintain superior energy and presence on each track.
