Paco Versailles, an Indie Electronic duo from California, is here to liven up your December with an outstanding composition called, ‘Libertine’. The masked members have harnessed the energy of Kool & The Gang for their anthemic track. If you didn’t know it, Vahagni and Ryan Merchant met one another in 2016 during their time on tour for Ryan’s band, Capital Cities. Sharing a deep appreciation for Spanish culture and more, the two gelled well. Now, they are making “dancemenco” music, a term they’ve coined. Paco Versailles’ sound, to us, is refreshing, upbeat, sophisticated, youthful yet modern. Check it out as it promises to forego genre lines and transcend time.
