‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera presumed dead

Earlier in the morning, we found out the heartbreaking news about ‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera, 33. Reportedly, she disappeared from Lake Piru in Southern California on Wednesday. Her four-year-old son Josey Hollis Dorsey, with former husband Ryan Dorsey, was found on the boat that she rented yesterday 5 o’clock PST—according to TMZ. The search team found her lifejacket; her purse in the car she drove to the lake.

Today, she has been presumed dead after the search from last night continued, and the rescue search is now a recovery operation. We hope they find her soon and returned to her family.

“We’re presuming that an accident happened and we’re presuming she drowned in the lake,” said the Ventura County Sheriff Deputy Chris Dyer today.

Aside from her acting career, Rivera has a record deal with Columbia Records. She signed to the label in 2011.
