Australia is lucky to have spawned an artist like Meg Mac. Whenever I hear a voice as powerful as hers, it reminds me of the reasons why I like music so much. Beyond it’s enjoyment, it is therapeutic. Hearing the 24-year-old starlet sing the words of the hook in confidence, it makes me feel and believe that everything will be alright. I’m looking forward to her full-length. I’ll be at my local retailer, even if I do get a copy for review purposes only.
