‘Fell Into A Whole’, the record sang by Loose Buttons, Ava Trilling (lead singer of Sub Pop Records’ band Forth Wanderers) and produced by Gus Oberg, encapsulates the lows and highs of being on your own, mental health, and finding a community of people that’s like family to you. If you aren’t familiar with Oberg’s work, he’s worked with legendary New York bands like The Strokes and The Virgins! Loose Buttons plans to release a new album on February 7, 2020. It’s called ‘Something Better’, and we can’t wait to hear how it sounds. It is one of the best songs I heard in 2019.
