The Lomo’Instant Square is the first fully analogue dual-format instant camera shooting on both Instax Square and Instax Mini film.
Yesterday, we went to the Lomo’Instant Square release party at the Lomography Gallery Store in New York City. Personally, I arrived about 45 minutes after the hour. Of course, music by Wu-Tang Clan played on the speaker. Wanting to get right to it, I asked where the central space for the camera was. Two to three white Lomo’Instant Squares sat on the back table. By suggestion of the staff, we were welcome to take unlimited instant photos and paste them on the back wall. So, that’s what we did. Here are a few digital scans.

They, now sit, beside the 100 in 100: a Lomo Square Launch Exhibition. Specifically, according to the press release, the Lomo’Instant Square is the first fully analogue dual-format instant camera shooting on both Instax Square and Instax Mini film. With its 95mm glass lens, the Lomo’Instant Square shoots super sharp photos. Its advanced automatic mode makes sure you get the best results in any given situation. Tons of exciting features allow you to capture the world in your creative way. Whether you want to shoot unlimited multiple exposures, use a [splitzer or a] variety of colour filters, there are no limits to your experiments.
The most anticipated camera, backed by supporters on Kickstarter, is now available for regular purchase. The retail price starts at $199. Lomo gang, thank you for the brewed drink and the chocolate. We appreciate you.
