If you’re in the mood to hear a variation of African music, sung in French and American-English, Locko’s album may do it for you. When he hits some notes, the Cameroonian artist reminds us of Trey Songz. In his song ‘Badman’, he references Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’, and on ‘Let Go’ he sings about a woman who makes him feel like no other. ‘Hein Hein Hein’ is the only record on the album with a feature on it (Singuila). Personally, ‘Bye Bye’ is my favourite track from the album.
