Brighton, UK’s Lily Moore’s live performance of her track ‘Everybody’s Falling In Love’ answers many questions about who this budding young star is and her trajectory. Moore’s soulful raspy voice rings slightly reminiscent of the late Amy Winehouse without total emulation.
The soulful nature of her vocals contrasted with the soft rock beat joins together seamlessly and presents us with this gorgeous track, which distracts us from the grimness of the lyrics (“Everybody’s falling in love… but not me”). She gently slides into her falsetto notes and falls back into her heavy, captivating tone with ease. Lily Moore is an artist to keep an eye out for. Her raw talent is refreshing and something that pop music has been lacking as of late.
