Last week, Cameroonian-American singer Libianca released the official video for her new record ‘People (Check On Me)’. It starts with her in bed, waking up at 1:30 in the afternoon. Opening the song with a question that some of us probably can’t answer, she asks did you check on her. She’s been drinking alcohol for five days, non-stop, which is alarming and concerning. As she continues to sing, she reassures her listeners that people don’t know you.
