Katy Perry announces new label, Metamorphosis Music

Pop star Katy Perry just launched a new record label, Metamorphosis Music, a joint venture with her current label: Capitol Records. By the looks of it, her first artist is Ferras, a fellow signee she met in 2007. On Tuesday, Perry released Ferras’ self-titled EP which she executive-produced. The five-song self-titled effort includes the track “Legends Never Die,” which features Perry.
