Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky was arrested while out in Sweden on suspicion of aggravated assault. There’s a video making its rounds on the internet, supposedly showing Rocky and his bodyguard throwing a person down to the ground while punching and kicking the individual. The incident occurred Sunday (June 30) before a music festival in Stockholm, Sweden. It’s unclear if there are any other people that were involved in the incident.
After being arrested on the assault charges, Rocky has been detained and is being held for two more weeks before receiving a trial. Before his arrest, Rocky did go on Instagram explaining the situation. Due to the situation, Rocky had to cancel shows in Norway, Poland and was scheduled to perform at the Wireless Festival in London.
