Jidenna switches musical style, shares visual for “woke” Trap track ‘Tribe’: Watch

The ‘Classic Man’ kicks off his new tour in Sacramento, California on October 2.

Stirring away from the musical style delivered through his ‘Classic Man’ debut featuring Roman GianArthur, ‘Tribe’ runs more along with the current wave of Trap, just socially responsible or “woke” for the young millennial crowd. If you aren’t familiar with Jidenna, make yourself at home. Recently, the Nigerian artist went viral for looking great to online fans, and ahead of that, he signed to Janelle Monae’s record label imprint on Epic Records. ‘Tribe’ is a track from his second album titled, ’85 to Africa’, which is set to come out August 23. He kicks off the tour in Sacramento, California on October 2. On the 30, he plays somewhere in Brooklyn. Let’s wait to see where it will be.
