J Cole shares ‘The Off-Season’ album cover art and release date

J Cole hasn’t released an album since 2018 and anticipation for a follow-up has been intense on social media. On May 4, J Cole tweeted, “Is this thing on” and later returned to announce the release date for ‘The Off-Season’.

According to J Cole, his sixth studio album will be officially released on May 14. He tweeted:

Just know this was years in the making.

The rapper has already given the album a test drive. On April 30, J Cole took to his Instagram Story section for a social media update and informed viewers that his latest studio project had officially passed his personal driving test.
