If you’ve ever been to a party thrown by proud West African people, there’s a good chance heard a song that sounds like this playing on the speakers. For the most part, everyone in the room is enjoying themselves. Your mother and father are dancing and smiling and someone’s off to the side serving food. ‘Do Something’ is one of J Bixil’s latest records that takes me back to the festive and celebratory moments of my life. If you want a slice of happiness to enter your life, check out the track released back in March before COVID-19 lockdowns below. It is produced by Jay Soundz.
