2Pac’s friend and ex-Outlawz member Gonzoe fatally shot

Los Angeles rapper Gonzoe is reportedly dead.

Gonzoe, according to TMZ, was shot and died in Seattle. The rapper is said to have been shot three times near a Shell petrol station in the city before entering the station and collapsing. He eventually died at a local hospital, according to TMZ, and authorities located a car with gunshots inside nearby.

Up to 2Pac’s death in 1996, Gonzoe, was a member of the Outlawz and a close associate of 2Pac. He was a member of the Rap group Kausion, which was signed to Ice Cube’s Lench Mob Records in the mid-90s, and received his Rap moniker from 2Pac himself.

On Friday, July 30, 2021, fellow 2Pac collaborator C Bo shared his thoughts on Gonzoe’s death on Instagram.

RIP my Loc Gonzo I hate to see the repeated cycle of killing those that finally have made a change in their life for the better smh fuck the shooter!!!! Buster must couldn’t fight . I wish the family and kids the best !!!! #RIPGONZO
