First Look: NEWBODY RECORDS

NEWBODY RECORDS is a new Los Angeles based urban dance label with a focus on warm soulful vibes, spanning from classic minded House music to new explorations in Two-Step Garage. As they continue to recruit talent locally and worldwide, their goal is to contribute with a fresh perspective on Dance music and its current direction. Label owner, Jonathan Roshad is a DJ and Producer who works as NEWBODY. In the recent past, he has received support from the likes of Garth Trinidad, Kim Ann Foxman, Todd Edwards, Kenny Summit and Lady Miss Kier. The first release on the label will be from An Expresso and features remixes from NEWBODY and Belgian producer, Groove Riddim, respectively. An Expresso (born Jamal Wilson) is a 21-year-old Southern California native. With releases abroad on labels such as Underground Source and Skylax, An Expresso is continuing to cultivate his own unique, deep, soulful, garage house sound to share with the world.
