I really appreciate how they incorporated so many different layers of sound in this song, but successfully, gave each layer a purpose and kept everything crisp.

The clean production on this song is top-notch. I really enjoyed the intro of the track. The background synths give a great texture to the sound. It also created a feeling of suspense and tension. The transition the song makes around the two minute and fifty-second mark almost startled me and made me feel quite a few emotions. I really appreciate how they incorporated so many different layers of sound in this song, but successfully, gave each layer a purpose and kept everything crisp. Overall, this song really takes you on a journey, from the beginning and middle you get a sense of falling, but by the end, the music has an uplifting and rising feel.

Editor’s Note: According to the band, ‘Halocline’, the album, comes out May 16. All of the proceeds generated through the band’s Bandcamp will get donated to an Atlanta-based charity called ‘Giving Kitchen’, and the Atlanta Musicians’ Emergency Relief Fund. After donating, if you want to be able to stream ‘Halocline’ in its entirety, send a message to Stickfigure, and you will receive a link to the album.
