Classixx Features LCD Soundsystem’s Nancy Whang in “All You’re Waiting For”

If this doesn’t make you dance, I don’t know what will.

Knowing each other since middle school has to be the fetching secret behind the dreamlike and airy synths these two whisk into today’s electronic music. Chemistry is everything and they’re living proof. Yesterday, Los Angeles-based production duo Classixx‘s (previously known as Young Americans) new track “All You’re Waiting For” was featured as Pitchfork’s Best New Track and we don’t have an argument for them.

By good fortune, on May 8th, in support of their forthcoming album “Hanging Gardens“, Classixx plays the low-key Terminal 5 located at 610 W 56th St in New York City. “Hanging Gardens” will be available to purchase on May 14th via Innovative Leisure.

If you’re not familiar with Classix, they’ve produced cuts like “No Strings” for Mayer Hawthorne and a slew of official remixes for artists like Phoenix, Fischerspooner, The Ting Tings, Major Lazer and more. Get in the loop!
