A&R Feedback: Bleu Levees – Butterfly

This song sounds like Conscious Rap that isn’t conscious. Artists, that aren’t popular or charting, shouldn’t be rapping about how they hope their music is here, after they are gone. That morbid tone is too soon for someone who isn’t already well-known. Sir needs to continue working on his pen. The juxtaposition that the chorus mentions a butterfly and revolution, but the artist calls women “bitches” is baffling. I advise slim to get back into the studio and figure out what his message is.
