AFROPUNK BROOKLYN returns for another round of music, fashion, food, culture and fun

On August 26-27, AFROPUNK BROOKLYN commences with two Black extraordinaire artists Jazmine Sullivan and Flying Lotus, known for creating the way they feel is best. Headlining the festival for the first time this year, both music makers will attract a significant alt-crowd and baddies to the banks of the Hudson River. Alongside the respective stars, South African Amapiano producer DJ DBN Gogo will hypnotise music fans with an enchanting musical set showcasing the colourful sounds and palette from the shores of her hometown, Durban and Pretoria, where she was raised.
