“I don’t know what it is with men and their video games!”

A common saying, that though holding a mild flavor of truth really is yester-year’s sexist prejudice. You know how many times, I got my ass kicked by a girl on the very same video games I claimed to be king? Well maybe I’m lying a little bit, but gadgets, technology and video games are no longer the “50% off SALE” version for women as games are for men. Everyone’s into it, even educational marketing such as Leap Frog among others are using this tool, seen is as a way to maximize their profits.

For the hardcore or casual gamer, one thing that stand out is graphics. Recently with the consoles and computing industry pushing heavily on harder, better, faster, stronger, processors the consoles each year get an increase in their overall sales quota. The games range from MMORPG, RPG to games you can simple play by yourself and have fun. Their are so many hit names like Quake, SOF, Unreal tournament, Fable, Halo, Counter Strike, SIMS, Call of Duty, Train tycoon, Mortal Kombat, NFS, FIFA, Madden, Street Fighter, etc just to name a few. Some recent hits like Guitar Hero and the Wii console introduce players to be more active than just moving a 4 directional pad and clicking a series of 6-12 buttons. Portability comes from the DS and PSP, which makes it so easy to have the love tool right in your hand *(oops hope that came out right!).

Well what’s hot right now, what’s really causing havoc in the eyes of hardcore gamers and noobs alike? Just to point out a few you might be interested in or consider purchasing and entering another world, that’s not yet really fantasy and not yet really, how do you say “REAL”. Here are some I will break down that may or may not make it to your list. Who cares, its computer generated artwork for all lovers with a gaming eye that have be available or getting ready to hit stores.

Console:
• PSP – God of War, Wipeout Pure, World Wide Soccer Manager 2007.
• PS3 – Grand Theft Auto IV, Metal Gear Solid 4, Final Fantasy XIII, Kill Zone 2, Unreal Tournament 3
• Xbox360 – Grand Theft Auto IV, Fable 2, Halo Wars, Fallout
• Wii – Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl

PC: Fable 2, Star Craft II, Fallout, and Unreal Tournament 3 *any game can move from console to the pc; the public begs though that the graphics just needs to not be crappy. Lol!
