Jellowaste came from a mental image I had that I was trying to convey in a word. I had heaps of garbage, bright colors, and a sense of sticky self-aware tackiness all in one glob and Jellowaste seemed appropriate. I’ve always felt like a mad scientist in a lab and I love the 80′s cartoon imagery of radioactive monsters so Prof. Atomik seemed appropriate.

Fisches Nachtgesang is an art-music band from Finland. We write our own material based on the lyrics of the nonsens-poet Christian Morgenstern. This video was made 2003.
